We have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund/replacement.
If the journal arrives damaged, we can replace it with a new one or just refund you (it's your choice). You don't have to return the damaged item to us - you can keep it or give it to someone else who can still benefit from it!
A few conditions to avail of the refund/replacement:
1. You must RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO of the parcel so we can see the condition of the item upon delivery. The video must not be spliced, cut, or edited in any way. No video, no refund/replacement. Sorry!
2. Send the video to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name and order number.
3. We will notify you whether your refund/replacement request is approved or not based on the video you sent. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
4. For replacement, you won't have to return the item to us. We will ship another journal to you (free of charge of course).
